The Polish Global Entrepreneurs Council has been inaugurated.

On November 23, a press conference was held to inaugurate the Polish Global Entrepreneurs Council. The conference was attended by representatives of the Council’s founding companies: Ryszard Florek, CEO of Fakro, Adam Sikorski, CEO of Unimot S.A., Katarzyna Dubno, Adamed, Board of the Council: Grzegorz Piątkowski (President), Michał Broniewicz (Vice-president). The Council is an association of employers established on June 1, 2023, by a group of Polish enterprises with the greatest experience and success in expanding their activity into foreign markets. The main objective of the Polish Global Entrepreneurs Council is to protect Polish economic interests by increasing the competitiveness of the Polish economy and increasing the number of Polish global companies.

The Council brings together Polish entrepreneurs from various industries, different regions of Poland, and with diverse political and business beliefs. What unites the members of the Council are its goals. In other respects, the Council focuses on diversity of values and openness towards other views.

Poland has been operating under the market economy system for 35 years and has been a member of the European Union for 19 years. Despite this, our country is developing slower than countries that are home to a significant number of global companies. Statistical data confirms that the more global companies a country is home to, the greater the wealth of its citizens. Global companies make money in the global market and accumulate it in their home countries.

Our goal is to represent their interests, hence the initiative to establish such an organization – says Ryszard Florek, CEO of Fakro and President of the Supervisory Board of the Polish Global Entrepreneurs Council.

The invitation to join the Council of Polish Global Entrepreneurs was addressed to large Polish companies whose strategic goal is to enter or stay in multiple foreign markets. The Council emphasizes foreign expansion by supporting its members, i.e. companies competing on the global market.

The Council of Polish Global Entrepreneurs was established by representatives of the following companies: Adamed, Canpack, Cinkciarz.pl, Columbus Energy, Fakro, G2A PL, Green Holding, Inter Cars, Maspex, Mercator Medical, Oshee, Rohlig Suus, Selena FM, Synthos, Unimot, Wawrzaszek ISS, Wielton oraz Wiśniowski.
